If you are an average to serious weight fitness person, then his Marcy Smith Powerhouse 3000 Home Gym is for you! It is quality construction, unlike the big box stores products. It is in excellent shape and will provide you with the confidence to reach your fitness goals.

Included with this product is an exercise chart which guides you to work every part of your body, and a bicep curl pad (not shown) and a weight stand (which was purchased separately).

I will include a 308 pound weight set as well (which was purchased separately).
